Creating an account requires a valid Jordanian mobile number. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity under your account.
Points can be redeemed for rewards from the in-app catalog, or as a cash discount at the posted rate. Every redemption request is subject to approval and availability, and we may decline or cancel a request if we suspect misuse.
The referral bonus is awarded only to the referring member, and only once the invited friend completes a genuine, real purchase. Creating fake accounts or using multiple mobile numbers to farm extra referral bonuses is prohibited, and we may revoke any points earned this way without prior notice.
Enabling notifications is entirely optional and can be turned off at any time from your browser's site settings. Opting into notifications does not create any additional fees or obligations.
You may not use the app for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose, or attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems.
We work to keep displayed information (balance, offers, rewards) accurate, but the app is provided "as is" without warranties, and temporary technical issues may occasionally affect data accuracy or service availability.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
