This Privacy Policy explains how Waffer (the loyalty program operated by Fashho Stationery Group - Engineers Library, Kanz Library, and Roya Library) collects, uses, and protects your information.

• Account information: name, mobile number (used as your login identifier), email (optional), date of birth (optional, used for a birthday bonus).
• Purchase history and loyalty points earned/redeemed, and your membership tier.
• If you sign in with Google: the name and email associated with your Google account.
• If you enable notifications: your browser's push subscription identifier (used only to deliver notifications - it does not grant access to any other data on your device).
• Any message (complaint, inquiry, or suggestion) you submit through the "Contact Us" form.
• Referral data: if you invite a friend or join via an invite, we keep track of who referred whom so the referral bonus can be awarded correctly.

How We Use Your Data

• To operate your loyalty account (points, tiers, rewards).
• To send account-related notifications (points earned, offers, expiry reminders) - only if you explicitly opt in, and you can turn this off at any time from your browser's site settings.
• To respond to your inquiries and complaints.
• To improve the service and analyze performance (as aggregated, non-identifying statistics shown to our admin team).

Sharing Your Data

We do not sell your data to third parties. We only share it in the following cases:

• With our branches' point-of-sale system, to link your purchases to your loyalty account.
• With Google, only when you use the "Sign in with Google" option.
• With push notification providers (e.g. Google/Mozilla push services), solely to deliver a notification, if you've enabled them.
• When required to comply with the law.

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request to view, correct, or fully delete your data via the "Contact Us" page in the app, and we'll process your request within a reasonable time.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, including password hashing - passwords are never stored as plain text.

Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
