We are a group of bookstores - Engineers Library, Kanz Library, and Roya Library - part of Fashho Stationery Group. Each branch has its own financial and administrative independence.
Your tier is based on your total lifetime spending and only ever goes up - redeeming points never lowers it. Every JD you spend earns points at your tier's rate:

Points are added automatically to your account after every purchase at any of our branches. On your birthday, you also receive a 500-point bonus, automatically.
Tell the cashier you'd like to pay with your Waffer points, at checkout. Every 2,000 points equal 1 JD, and can cover part or all of your invoice - at the same rate regardless of your tier.
Each batch of points expires 3 months after it's earned if unused, on a first-earned-first-used basis - so points you redeem are always your oldest ones first.
